Rugs Online 100% satisfaction guarantee includes the option for a refund or exchange as long as the rug is returned to us in its original packaging and condition to any of our metropolitan locations QLD, WA, NSW or VIC within 5 days of receiving the product. If the rug cannot be exchanged for one in the store, we will arrange a refund for the purchase price. You can also freight the rug back to us however it must be in an original, saleable condition and arrive within 7days of the original delivery. See Returns Policy for details. In Store purchase policy
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind when the Rug(s) are purchased in Store, however in the event that a Rug(s) is purchased in store and you simply change your mind , we may at our discretion offer you an exchange if returned within 48 hours of purchase.
