Job Responsibilities

• Install carpet in domestic and commercial properties
• Measure/Read Floorplans
• Remove and dispose of old flooring
• Install gripper and door trimmings
• Competent in use of carpet installation tools
• Work part of a team
• Attention to detail
   

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in Carpet Installation OR Cert III Qualification in Floor finishing    
• Driver’s licence      
• Transport      
• Physically able to carry and install broadloom carpet     
• Communication and teamwork proficiency
• Willingness to take the time for precision   
• Maintain safe work practices while meeting deadlines
