This warranty does not cover: * Damage caused by improper maintenance, application of improper cleaning agent, methods or mishaps. * Damage resulting from accidents such as, but not limited to; abuse, burning, flooding, cutting, pet damage, or smoke. * Damaged cause by risks covered by a generally available homeowner insurance policy. * Damage cause by wetting or persistence of excessive moisture or exposure to hot substances.
