Sales Consultants Carpet Call is seeking energetic sales staff. We need to increase our sales force due to the growth in our business. Our product profile includes carpet, timber, laminate, vinyl and rugs. We have an established retail network throughout the metropolitan areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth and plan to open more sites in 2009. Carpet Call is a combination of a retail business with a direct sales force. You will be based in a showroom with leads generated from showroom enquiry. Sales are made off the floor and in the customer's home, through appointments. We offer a secure and exciting work environment. Industry knowledge is not required, as with the right candidate, we provide the best industry training possible. The right people will be fast tracked to store management and area sales management positions. Sales Representative and Store Manager

STORE MANAGER

We are Australia's largest and most progressive floor covering retailer and are seeking to appoint Store Managers for our new Floor Store Centres.

The primary requirement is to sell and achieve targets personally whilst having the ability to manage and pass on your skills through the training of other direct sales personnel to the company's high standard. Carpet Call enjoys an enviable reputation in the industry for the calibre of its sales force.

The company is expanding its range of floor coverings which now includes rugs and laminated wooden flooring.

A background in the floor covering industry is not a prerequisite, however, a track record in training sales personnel is essential. Drive, enthusiasm combined with a strong ambition to succeed will however take precedence over experience. An attractive salary package will be negotiated to attract the right applicants.

• Base salary

Initially you'll be expected to work in any one of our stores and if you've got what it takes you'll very quickly be earning $60,000 plus per annum with management opportunities.
