Carpet Call is the largest independent retailer in Australia with over forty stores to cater for all types of flooring. Our first store opened 17th March 1975 in Alderley Queensland and has grown steadily since then into Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and Sydney.

Each of our stores are staffed with professionals who can assist with colour, style and product information. We even offer a free "in home" shopping service 24 hours a day that allows you to see the type of flooring you require in the comfort of your own home. All of our vehicles carry the largest range of products available.
Our professional installers are also equipped with all of the necessary tools to ensure all of our installations are performed to Australian Standards.
Carpet Call also lead the way with our very own school for training apprentices in carpet installation. Our training program is endorsed by the government training body, and each apprentice is "accredited" to install carpet. No other retailer has this exciting facility.
Carpet Call also prides itself on after sales service and offers a range of warranties to protect you the consumer. Each State has qualified staff to attend to your every service request, nothing is too small!
